停车 & 运输服务 coordinates and regulates the administration of the Chapman 停车 Policy, with respect to vehicle registration and parking enforcement in an effort to provide safe and available parking for all members of the campus community as well as their guests.
停车 & 运输服务 also manages the University Shuttle Service for the Chapman owned parking lots and off-site residence complexes, as well as oversees the University Rental Fleet.
23/24 Permit Expiration Date: August 16th 2024
停车 permits for the upcoming 24/25 academic year are now available for registration.

Although parking permits are complimentary to Chapman constituents, a valid parking permit is required at all times in all Chapman owned parking areas. 停车 permits are virtual and are validated by license plate cameras (LPR). The license plate number must be registered to a valid parking permit. Please verify your account information prior to parking on campus.
停车 areas are restricted/enforced based on permit type 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including breaks and holidays.
